Since 1998, TLC has been serving the North Fork Valley in Delta County through complimentary community education offerings. Our work has evolved to offer unique classes from photojournalism to local activism, in addition to our perennial programs, including:

  • The Buddy System
  • Delta County Coalition Advocating for Radically Equitable Spaces
  • The Health and Vitality Council
